One life. One body. One health.

We built One Reserve because the gap between knowing what you need and actually getting it has been too wide for too long. We’re not promising you the moon. We’re promising you a real provider, a real review, and if treatment is appropriate for you — a real plan.

Getting Started

About the company: One Reserve

One Reserve is a telehealth platform that connects people to licensed healthcare providers and, where clinically appropriate, personalized treatment plans. We exist for the person who is done waiting on a system that moves slowly, charges too much, and rarely makes follow-through easy. We wanted to close that gap. We’re based in Miami. We’re focused on weight management, longevity, and the treatments that actually move the needle for people who take their health seriously.

How We Operate

One Reserve is a technology platform. It is not a medical provider, and it does not employ physicians. The healthcare professionals available through this platform are licensed physicians and allied health professionals, employed or contracted by independent Medical Groups — not One Reserve staff. Every prescription issued through One Reserve is written by a licensed provider who has reviewed your intake. That’s not a footnote. It’s the structure.

Your medication is dispensed by licensed, regulated pharmacy partners. Nothing ships without a valid prescription from a licensed provider reviewing a real patient intake. State availability varies — you’ll be matched with a provider licensed to practice in your state. Compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide are not FDA-approved drug products. Prescription required. A licensed provider will review your information before any medication is prescribed. Results may vary. Individual results are not guaranteed. Telehealth is not appropriate for all medical conditions. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911. Questions? Email support@onereserve.com or head to the FAQ.
